The Strograph AE Film is fully automatic tensile tester for plastic films employing latest mechatronics technology. It is designed incorporating specimen tray and conveyor mechanism for transporting specimens. As regards functions and configuration of this machine, it consists of a specimen storage unit, specimen thickness measuring unit, specimen conveyor unit, testing unit, specimen mounting/dismounting unit and data processing unit. By simply loading specimens in the tray of specimen storage box, it automatically perform tests continuously at specified speed. On the other hand, load and elongation of specimen pulled under specified test conditions are converted to electric signals, the data are processed by the personal computer and are printed out.
