The On-vehicle Sensor Evaluation Testing System is used to ascertain issues that might occur during operation of laser radar sensors and back sonar for a vehicle-to-vehicle control cruising system installed around the bumper. You can perform evaluation tests similar to actual running in short periods by this system to compositely reproduce the various types of stress (temperature, humidity, vibration, saltwater, mud water, soap water) encountered during actual operation.

Supports flood tests
In addition to thermal cycle testing and vibration testing, it is also possible to spray saltwater, mud water, and soap rinse water to achieve results closer to actual running.

Openings installed in the ceiling
The system is designed with openings in the ceiling to enable work in the test area when installing a specimen.

Corrosion resistant
The inside chamber is made of titanium to prevent corrosion from saltwater. In addition, the heater and cooler are also made of titanium to enhance durability.

Combine with a vibration system
As an option, you can combine this system with a vibration system to perform more complex environmental testing.
